This incident resulted in the partial closure of the CTA tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking area.

Two more people are now in custody in connection with a robbery at Heathrow Airport in which 21 people were injured by what is thought to be pepper spray, as stated by police.

A man, 24, was arrested in Lambeth on suspicion of robbery and assault and a 23-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of conspiring to commit a robbery. They both are still being held, authorities confirmed.

The arrests come after a probe into an assault at the multi-storey car park at Heathrow's Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Before the attack, a pair of female travelers were robbed of their luggage upon exiting a car park lift.

A toddler aged three was among the those hurt in the event. A total of five individuals were taken to the hospital for treatment and have since been discharged.

Officers arrested a man in his thirties for suspected theft and assault close to the location. He has since been released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.

Police were called at about 08:10 GMT following reports of a number of individuals injured by a noxious substance thought to be pepper spray.

The assault - an event that authorities stated was isolated and not considered terrorism - caused delays to rail services and the partial closure of the main airport tunnel and the T3 car park for a short time.
